The Ventura Keys Association is proud to maintain and enhance the beauty and functionality of our community. In addition to caring for all entrances to the Keys, we also maintain two neighborhood beaches for the enjoyment of our residents: Big Beach and Little Beach.
Big Beach
Big Beach is located at the corner of Seaview and Beachmont. Big Beach offers a wide range of amenities for residents of all ages, including:
Full-size basketball court
Two pickleball/paddle courts with adjustable nets to accommodate both sports (please note rules for use of the courts, see bottom of page)
Sand volleyball court
Playground with swing set
BBQ area with two grills and picnic space
Dock access for small boats, dinghies, paddle boards, and more
Little Beach
Little Beach is located at the corner of Surfrider and Sailor. Little Beach is a quiet spot perfect for family fun or a peaceful break, featuring:

Hours of Use
To ensure a pleasant experience for all, we ask that all common areas be used between 8:00 AM and sundown. We hope you enjoy these beautiful spaces and help us keep them clean, safe, and welcoming for everyone in the Ventura Keys community.
