Ventura Keys Association Annual Maintenance Fee

The annual maintenance fee is $250 per year. This fee is required to access community amenities, including pickle/paddle courts and beach reservations.

We offer two convenient payment options:

Pay in Full: $250 annually
Monthly Option: $25 per month

Members who have not met the full $250 annual maintenance fee will not have access to the courts or the ability to reserve the beaches.

Your maintenance fees not only help support the cost of owning and maintaining the VKA common areas and facilities, but they also pay for items such as insurance, landscaping, lighting, trash removal, utilities, maintenance and repair, website operation, legal compliance, and accounting fees.
