Family birthday party

I received an email saying that it was reserved for me but I noticed it is not on the calendar- just wanted to confirm that big beach is reserved for us
I have booked a portal potty through j w enterprises- are they still the preferred vendor?
Also can we hire a water slide/bouncy castle? same size or smaller than the one used recently I think for the annual party? Is there a preferred vendor for that?
